Dr. Anna Neff, BSC., DC

Dr. Anna Neff graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, and opened her office in Milton in 2000.  Prior to attending Chiropractic College, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Western Ontario.  She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program through the Department of Anaesthesia at McMaster University.  Dr. Neff is also a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and the World Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Neff provides her patients the knowledge to take responsibility to make educated choices regarding their health care.  She empowers them to achieve their maximum wellness potential.  Her view on health care is holistic, and considers the effects that physical, mental, and emotional stress has on our health.  She strongly believes that a person’s quality of life can be improved at any age with an integrated wellness care approach and a team of health care professionals.

Dr. Neff has had extensive training in all of the health sciences including nutrition, athletic performance enhancement, pre- and post-natal care, and radiology. She is an approved provider of WSIB Programs of Care and is well-experienced in the management of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims and Treatment Plans.

Dr. Neff is available for speaking engagements at various clubs, schools, organizations, and places of business for a variety of health-related topics.

Michelle Culbert, RMT

Michelle Culbert graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2007, receiving a specialization in Sports Therapy, as well as her certificate in hot stone massage.   


She has a diverse range of practical experience; from working in geriatric care facilities, assisting runners in a variety of marathons and treating varsity athletes from both the University of Guelph and the University of Waterloo, to assisting patients suffering from workplace and motor vehicle accident injuries. Michelle has also had extensive experience in treating pre-natal and post-natal women, offering support through labour and infant massage.    


She has had great success in treating many different conditions including tendonitis, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, headaches, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, fibromyalgia and various forms of arthritis.


Michelle is dedicated to providing the highest standard of professional care, along with friendly service in a relaxing environment.

Alison Culham, RMT

Alison Culham graduated with Honours from Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology in June 2008, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.  She received the Rotary Club of Barrie Massage Therapy Award during her studies at Georgian College.

Alison has clinical experience with geriatric care, sports, pregnancy, infant, fibromyalgia and arthritis massage.  She treats patients with many kinds of conditions including the following:  sciatica, low back pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, neck/back and shoulder pain.  She also has worked with a wide range of injuries, such as workplace (WSIB), sports and motor vehicle accidents

Alison believes that massage therapy can not only aid in the recovery following an injury or accident, but that it also contributes to the overall well-being of individuals of all ages.  Alison ensures that every patient is treated in a comfortable and caring environment and always respects their privacy.  With each patient, she will discuss the type of treatment that would best suit their needs, be it relaxation or therapeutic massage

Lori Periera, RMT

Lori Pereira graduated from Sutherland-Chan and has been in practice since 2004.  She continued on in her education to complete several advanced courses, including Anatomy, Assessment, and Remedial Exercise. 

Lori treats patients with a variety of conditions such as, headaches, back/neck/shoulder tension, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, and low back pain.  She has also successfully treated many different types of injuries, including sports, motor vehicle, and work place injuries.
 
One of her favourite types of massage is Pregnancy Massage.  Lori has been able to help many pre- and post-natal women with low back pain, sciatica, and muscle tension.

Lori has also treated many seniors suffering from the pain of arthritis and osteoporosis, and has been able to help them achieve greater mobility with less pain.

Lori is a very energetic and positive person who strongly feels that Massage Therapy can help everyone, be it a relaxation massage, or a deep tissue massage to get all of those knots out!

Massage Therapy can help you live an active and healthy life.  It is a connection of the mind, body, and soul to achieve wellness and optimal health.
