Dr. Anna Neff graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, and opened her office in Milton in 2000. Prior to attending Chiropractic College, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Western Ontario. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program through the Department of Anaesthesia at McMaster University. Dr. Neff is also a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and the World Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Neff provides her patients the knowledge to take responsibility to make educated choices regarding their health care. She empowers them to achieve their maximum wellness potential. Her view on health care is holistic, and considers the effects that physical, mental, and emotional stress has on our health. She strongly believes that a person’s quality of life can be improved at any age with an integrated wellness care approach and a team of health care professionals.

Dr. Neff has had extensive training in all of the health sciences including nutrition, athletic performance enhancement, pre- and post-natal care, and radiology. She is an approved provider of WSIB Programs of Care and is well-experienced in the management of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims and Treatment Plans.

Dr. Neff is available for speaking engagements at various clubs, schools, organizations, and places of business for a variety of health-related topics.

Sara McCracken, RMT

Sara McCracken, RMT, graduated from Everest College in 2009. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Sara's continuing education includes a certificate of completion for In-Chair Massage and utilizes this technique for off-site locations, such as office environments or sporting events.

Sara has a diverse range of practical experience from working in rehabilitation facilities, corporate employee appreciation events (Trillium Hospital) to assisting with several sporting events, including numerous golf tournaments (Bell Celebrity Golf Tournament, CanWest Steen Golf Tournament and Wayne Gretzky Golf Tournament), volleyball tournaments (Volleyball Vacation for Autism) and marathons (Canadian Breast Cancer, RONA Bike Tour for MS).

Sara treats many kinds of conditions including tendonitis, sciatica, headaches, fibromyalgia, bursitis, neck, back and shoulder pain, . She has treated a wide range of injuries, such as workplace (WSIB) and motor vehicle accidents (MVA). Sara also provides relaxation massage and gentle care for children, seniors, and pregnant women.

Sara believes that communicating with her clients helps them to better understand their condition, and aids in the recovery and healing process. She is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care along with friendly service in a professional and relaxing environment.
